Helping mission-driven organizations transform property into lasting impact

Emmaus Projects helps nonprofits sustain and maximize their mission impact by uncovering the hidden value of underutilized property assets.

Unleashing Hidden Assets to Fuel Your Mission

Non-profit communities often hold valuable property assets with untapped financial potential.

By strategically unlocking these assets, your organization can generate revenue streams that can powerfully reinforce and strengthen your mission.

Mission
Before
Margin

Our goal is to help non-profits thrive sustainably. We're not real estate developers or brokers chasing commissions—our only motivation is finding the best solution for you.

But…
No Margin,
No Mission

We’re committed to guiding your team in uncovering untapped real estate opportunities that can fuel and sustain your mission. Tomorrow’s impact starts with today’s choices.

“For over five years, our property plan discussions ebbed and flowed. Emmaus Projects came in and provided clarity, direction, and needed structure to help move us through our discernment process.

They’ve listened, honored who we are, and continue to guide us at the right pace. Now, we’re turning vision into momentum”

Our Story Started With a Simple Question:

How do we sustain our mission for the next 100 years?

We found ourselves asking this question while volunteering—just like so many of you—at our home parish, St. Austin Church and School. What started as a simple act of service became a calling: to help mission-driven organizations find lasting, sustainable solutions.

From costly facilities struggling to serve today’s needs...

A church with a cross on top, a tall steeple, and multiple parked cars in front. The building has a stone facade and a cloudy sky above.

...To a stunning campus that can compete and thrive for generations to come

What began as a challenge—underused land and aging facilities—became an opportunity to deliver 125,000 sq. ft. of new mission space, while also meeting a community need with 200 new affordable housing beds.
